THE ESSENTIAL INFO YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ARRIVING

1. Arrive early to make the most of your day
Gates to the first ever HSBC SVNS Grand Final open and close at the following times:
- Friday 31st May - 11:30h - 22:00h
- Saturday 1st June - 11:30h - 22:00h
- Sunday 2nd June - 9:30h - 21:45h

The gate to enter and exit the stadium will depend on your ticket and seating location - use our Site Map to find out where the gates are located. 

2. Get familiar with how the Grand Final format works
With both the HSBC SVNS 2024 Series Champions title up for grabs, as well as qualification for the 2025 series, everyone has something to play for in Madrid. Take a look at our Grand Final Explained page to understand more about who will be competing and what's at stake.

3. Download your mobile tickets
HSBC SVNS Madrid is a mobile only event - and tickets must be shown from either your phone either through your Ticketmaster account or through the Ticketmaster app (available to download from the App Store or Google Play Store). Do not print your tickets, send screenshots, or look for them in your emails. Your phone is all you need to scan in and have a great time.

4. Plan your travel to Civitas Metropolitano Stadium
