Will I be able to leave and re-enter the stadium grounds on the day?
No re-admittance is permitted. Everything you need for the day is within the stadium grounds, we've got food, drink, fantastic entertainment and, most of all, heart stopping rugby action.

IS PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AVAILABLE TO THE VENUE?
Yes, you can get to the DHL Stadium via the Fan Walk or free MyCiTi shuttle bus service, running between the Stadium and the CBD regularly across the weekend. More details can be found on the GETTING TO HSBC SVNS CAPE TOWN section of our Event Info page.
The final bus leaves 21:30.

IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
No parking is available at the DHL Stadium. Make the most of the free MyCiTi bus shuttle service or Fan Walk to get to the stadium from the city centre. Details can be found on the GETTING TO HSBC SVNS CAPE TOWN section of our Event Info page.

Tickets for HSBC SVNS CAPE TOWN can only be purchased from Ticketmaster ZA. Tickets purchased through any other outlet, including Facebook or Viagogo are void without refund. Don't be caught out!

All ticket purchasers must be over 18.

All tickets are available online. Limited tickets may be available to purchase in person on the day of the event, subject to availability.

Are there any age restrictions for attending the event?
All children aged 4+ are required to have a valid ticket upon entry to the stadium. Children aged under 4 years are not required to have a ticket, given they will be seated on a parent’s lap and not occupy a seat. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult.

The maximum number of tickets you can purchase in a single transaction is 8.

All tickets are sold exclusively at full price. Concessionary pricing is available to spectators with accessible requirements, subject to availability.

Will I be required to bring ID for entry?
Whilst ID isn’t required to enter the stadium, we suggest you carry it as you may be asked to provide ID when purchasing alcohol.

Do I have to print my tickets?
Printed tickets will not be accepted at the entrance of the event. Please ensure that your digital ticket is displayed on your phone in order to gain access into the event. Only the original digital ticket will grant access – do not take a ‘screenshot’ or a digital ‘pdf’ of your ticket as Ticketmaster uses embedded technology to avoid forgery. There might be limited connectivity at the stadium, so view your tickets before you arrive.

Reserved ticket holders will receive specific seat assignments upon purchase. For General Admission tickets, seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

No. If you wish flexibility, secure our General Admission pass to enjoy the flexibility of sitting where you like within your designated seating block.

Yes! Entry to and from the stadium bowl is permitted throughout the day so you're free to enjoy everything that the Podium has to offer. It is only the stadium grounds where no re-admittance is permitted.

WHERE DO I ENTER THE STADIUM?
All guests are asked to arrive at McDonalds forecourt for ticket scanning.
There is a Next Level Experiences marquee just past the ticket scanning where guests can collect wristbands. Once scanned in, head to your allocated Foyer for wristband check and Welcome.

WHAT TIME DO THE LOUNGES OPEN AND CLOSE?
Lounges open at 9am on both days.
On Saturday the lounges close at 7pm.
On Sunday the lounges close at 8pm. -
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
The dress code for the Sunroom Lounge is Smart Casual.
The dress code for the Spring Hotel is smart casual but fancy dress is strongly encouraged. -
CAN I TAKE MY WRISTBAND OFF ONCE I'M IN THE STADIUM?
No. Wristbands are not to be taken off once allocated.

Is there a Family Zone in the stadium and where is it located?
HSBC SVNS brings the party across the whole stadium. We recommend to not book tickets in the Party Stand if you are attending with families.

Where does my ticket allow me access?
A valid ticket provides entry to the event. Each ticket provides a Tier and Block to sit in if a General Pass is purchased, or a reserved seat detailing Tier, Block, Row and Seat if a Reserved Pass is purchased.

What food and drink is available at the venue?
You’ll find plenty of Food and Beverage options both in the stadium and on the Podium.
