How to use your Tickets

The HSBC SVNS Perth event is mobile-only, meaning no paper or electronic PDF tickets will be issued. Your phone is your ticket, so simply arrive, scan, and enjoy the event!

Before attending, make sure you:

1. Download the Ticketmaster AU app from the App Store or Google Play. Once installed, locate your mobile tickets under the My Events section in the app.

2. Find the HSBC SVNS Perth event and tap Manage Tickets to transfer any extra tickets to your friends. Each attendee must have their own unique ticket – screenshots will not be accepted. You can also add tickets to your phone’s wallet for convenience.

3. Prepare your phone: When you arrive at HBF Park, ensure your ticket is ready, your phone’s brightness is turned up, and each guest has their own ticket ready for scanning. Don’t forget to bring valid photo ID for entry.

Seating Information

Reserved Seat Ticket Holders: You must sit in the specific section, row, and seat listed on your ticket.

Re-Entry Policy

Re-entry to the HSBC SVNS Perth event is permitted. However, you must retain your ticket, as it will serve as your pass-out for exiting and re-entering the venue. Keep your ticket safe and accessible at all times.
