ACCESSING AND USING YOUR TICKETS
HSBC SVNS Singapore tickets are now available in PDF format and can be viewed in your Ticketmaster account.
Each attendee must have their own unique ticket - where you need to transfer a ticket please consider downloading the PDF and sharing it via email or instant messenger. For easy entry make sure that each guest has their own ticket ready, having either downloaded or printed them before arriving at the venue. In the case of digital tickets, turn your phone brightness up so the ticket is ready for scanning.
Security checks will be in place at the venue - please check the gate number on your ticket and use our Site Map to head to the designated security check point on arrival. Details of where the check points are located for each gate are shown below:

Reserved seat ticket holders must sit in the specific section, row and seat listed on your ticket.
General Admission ticket holders can choose any seat within the specific General Admission area seating sections listed on your ticket only.
Entry to the ticketed perimeter of the event is allowed on the same day. Upon entry, attendees will receive a wrist tag for re-entry on the same day.
