ACCESSING AND USING YOUR TICKETS
HSBC SVNS Madrid is a mobile only event - and tickets must be shown from either your phone either through your Ticketmaster account or through the Ticketmaster app. Do not print your tickets, send screenshots, or look for them in your emails. Your phone is all you need to scan in and have a great time.
How to Use Your Tickets
1. Download the Ticketmaster app (via the App Store or Google Play Store) or log-in to ticketmaster.es and locate your mobile tickets in the My Account section
2. If you have bought more than one ticket, transfer it to your friends or family. Your friends or family will receive an email to accept their ticket and save it to their account.
3. Show your mobile ticket when you arrive at the venue and enjoy everything that HSBC SVNS Madrid has to throw at you!
Transferring and Assigning Tickets
1. Log-in to your Ticketmaster account through the app or ticketmaster.es
2. Go to your ticket and click on the '+' button to see the option to Transfer Tickets
3. We'll send an email to your recipient to accept the tickets in their account. Keep in mind that the transfer is not finished until the recipient accepts the ticket.
Entering and Exiting the Stadium
Photo ID isn't required on entry, but we suggest that you carry it as you may be asked to provide ID when purchasing alcohol.
Your ticket will be scanned every time you enter the stadium to enjoy the rugby or exit the stadium to enjoy the festivities on the stadium concourse. There's no need to worry about your phone battery dying as we have four mobile charging points on site, and if worst comes to worst we can re-print your ticket at the box office.
Your ticket will outline the gate that you need to use to enter and exit the the stadium - use our Site Map to find out where each gate is located.
